    • Has anyone heard of this?? Came tonight. Seems to imply that if you save or 'top up' 50 pounds now ( ie by 18th October ) you get 53 pounds in November, or 100 pounds gives you 106 in November. Not a bad interest rate for a month. Or have I misunderstood? :oER

    Clubcard Christmas Savers

img.christmas_saver_club.jpg Spread the cost of Christmas with Clubcard
The Christmas savers scheme enables you to save up your Clubcard vouchers during the year and receive them all in November, in time for Christmas.
You can also Top-Up your account with your own money.
If you Top-Up £50 or more throughout the year you will receive a £3 Bonus Voucher. If you Top-Up £100 or more throughout the year you will receive a £6 Bonus Voucher.

The benefits of being a Christmas saver are:

Rather than send you your vouchers throughout the year we save them for you & send them to you in November.

    How it works

    1. Scan your Clubcard every time you shop to collect Clubcard points.
    2. You'll receive your Clubcard statement throughout the year as usual with some money off & Clubcard coupons and a summary of all the Clubcard points you've collected.
    3. You can also save a bit extra too - just top up from as little as 50p to a maximum of £360 at the checkout.
    4. In November we'll send you your Clubcard statement which will include your Clubcard vouchers, top up vouchers and your bonus vouchers (see below for explanation).
    5. You choose how to spend your vouchers in-store or on-line.
Amount saved in top-up Bonus voucher £50 - £99.50 £3 £100+ £6 What will I receive in my Nov 2012 Clubcard statement if I become a Christmas Saver?

ccvoucher.jpg We convert the points you have collected into money off vouchers. You can spend these vouchers in-store, on-line or on Clubcard rewards.
topupvoucher.jpg All the money you top up at the checkout will be sent to you in top up vouchers. You can spend these in-store or online./
bonusvoucher.jpg Your bonus voucher (awarded if you have topped-up at least £50 during the year, and either £3 or £6 depending on how much you've saved - see table above for details). You can spend this in-store or online.

That's the main downside. You have to spend them in store on food and stuff, for the face value of the voucher.:( You also don't get your vouchers spread out over the year, so no "bonus 20 points when you buy..." vouchers.

would the robinsons 1.75l squash be ok to add to a AvsM lynx shop? £2 in M and £3.65 in A?

Just have to make sure it's a variety sold by both stores.

I've been on the Morrisons website price checking likely items via mys. I was hoping for a price difference for cheese or chocolate or pizza :(
But I did find this one. Morrisons have walkers 12 packs on bogof - classic or meaty. I think you would need to get 2 of the same variety at Sada - what does everyone else think?
    Could this work ????

I paid £6 for 4 different flavours of 250ml Lynx in Sada (on 2 for £3) but APG sees cost in A as full price of £2.37 each. Compared against M's 97p (less 10%) and I got an APG for £5.99 back!!

    4x250mls for 1p!!!! :j:j

    1 x Lynx Shower Gel - Africa (250ml) £2.37 £0.97
    1 x Lynx Shower Gel - Excite (250ml) £2.37 £0.97
    1 x Lynx Shower Gel - 2012 Final Edition (250ml) £2.37 £0.97
    1 x Lynx Shower Gel - Dark Temptation (250ml) £2.37 £0.97

Do not buy more than one of the same flavour or it will compare at the correct 2 for £3 as seen on fuzzgun19s original post

The following are confirmed as comparing against Mr M's 97p

    Dark Temptation
    2012 Final Edition
    Africe
    Twist
    Excite

There is a 6th on the 2 for £3 called Attract. Anyone care to test it? My A's didn't have any.

Please give thanks to fuzzgun19 and Call of Trouty. Without their posts I wouldn't have thought to do this test shop

    I bought 6 flavours, results in 17 mins :j

Jeez I didn't realise you couldn't double them up when they have that on. That's pretty poor imho. You're as well just getting them through the year as normal and keeping hold of them and hoping that they run the double up promo near Christmas time then?
