I decided to ask CS when the kleenex product was due in. Not an unreasonable request might I add.
Got told by CS "No we don't do that product and you have to get it else where!"
Me " err excuse me I got told you were getting stock in"
CS "well it's wrong! we don't do that product, okay"
Me "okay" I walked away as I was in a rush:o but talk about crap CS! she didn't even look on the system! straight away dismissed it:mad::mad:

Sending a complaint!

My 14 year old uses so much of it and showers every day...he must have someone to impress at school!:rotfl:

The lady at Kim C. I called as the store did not seem to stock the product that was free. She is sending me an envelope for my 20 coupons to go into. She will then send me £60 in vouchers for any products that Kim C make. :j

i dont know where the call centre is, but the lady lives down the road from me, she was commenting about our brand new ,huge, morrisons opening soon, and said that our town has its moments :eek:. there has been several murders in our area in the past 3 weeks.:mad:

kent is less than 1hour away
