    You are a sweetheart :A

It's only my dizzies and migraines playing up.
It just means I can't spend too long on t'internet.
And I haven't been anywhere so nothing to report :D
Sound like you had fun yesterday :T:T
I'm glad you did something nice for yourself for a change :A

Hope you are feeling better today. :A

We did have such fun yesterday, I was the one with the b**ls to get a security tagged dress through the SS for Lala. Have not laughed so much for ages, played the stash numbers game, I did not win that one. :rotfl:Think the funniest was when we were all looking for 4p socks and Nanny asked why we whispering as we were not in the library. :D

Bit of an update on DD1, she had her final placement meeting yesterday and now just has to hand in her completed portfolio the last step to becoming a fully qualified Social Worker. No job lined up as yet as she has not really had the time to look as been working weekends to keep afloat financially. But placement has offered her some casual work to tide her over. :T

Just phoned Tesco Customer services. Explained that I've been giving 2.99 vouchers and only getting 1.49 off my bill. They are sending me a 15.00 voucher as the store is far away.

Also, if its a store near you, you can go to customer services apparently to get the remainder of your voucher money back. HTH someone. ;)

Please my I have tesco cs number Tia.
  • Thanks. Just tried this - no joy for me. She did not offer vouchers I would have loved those. Might push later!!

I suppose it depends who you get. I got a nice Irish sounding gentlman. I also did the survey for him afterwards as a special thank you. At this rate i've worked out i've actually made money and have a mountain of toilet rolls to boot!

So lucky I have an integral garage whatever you call them. You know, its attached to the kitchen.. you just open the door and walk in. Very handy.

So glad I joined this thread and to think, I found it by accident. I thought you were all discussing some sort of exam! 11+ :rotfl:

Just phoned head office the woman had no idea what i was on about and tried to transfer me to the actual store so i hung up, tired to explain to her i had had difficulty in finding the product and then when i did the vouchers where only going through at 1.49 she asked me did i not ask why? i said no, then she said she had no idea even about the promo so said she would transfer me, i hung up while on hold cos i doubt id get anywhere as the actual sheets only cost 1.49 hence why they where imputing the voucher at that price not that i said that to her.

How odd? I'd try again later if you have time. Did you ring: 0800 505 555?
  • Wondering whether Trading standards would be interested in a store that issues a coupon on behalf of and in accordinance with a manufacturers promotion that clearly states £2.99 and the barcode digits indicate 299 as well, then changes the value of said coupon as it doesn't suit them to honour it at £2.99.

Tesco are so stupid - wouldn't it have made more sense to just put the price back up?!!
The cleaning and scrubbing will wait till tomorrow, For children grow up, as I've learned to my sorrow.
So quiet down, cobwebs. Dust go to sleep. I'm rocking my baby and babies don't keep.

I don't know what you mean......I would always describe myself as the shy retiring type ;)

I would also describe myself like that but MKS thinks "I get about a bit" :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I don't know where she gets these ideas from. ;)

I wish I could find them dont have them in ours. Just been round to use up a £9.80ish apg that was due to die tomorrow got 18 rolls of plenty and 4 nan breads :D.
Last one for £10 has until the 13th so will keep looking ;)

Don't know if anyone has said already but I found them in a stand alone display in the middle of seasonal aisle (in between Halloween stuff and some leftover cleaning event stuff). They still had the £8 sign but scanned at £5. Couldn't find any at all beside the rest of the dishwasher tabs and there was no space for them. I went there first to check the price after seeing the £8 sign then had to traipse back again to get them from there.
