Just had a phone call from mr T's regarding my email complaint yesterday about the Andrex wipes and they are sending me out a £2 gift card

Basically what my local tescos told me. That they are not planning to get them in and it was too far for me to travel to the next nearest store:)

That's what I told them

Just had phone call off T's cs 250 cc points, skin flint :mad:, and he was very surprised when I told him they were till splits.
Details passed to marketing to ensure any promotion is actually available in store.

Just spoke to the lovely French lady. Because I only have one voucher, no need to send it back but they will send me a £3 voucher for any other product. Top customer service.
No brekkie biscuits today, didn't manage to get any as missed this completely. No mags in Ts either, was hoping to stock up with wash liq and stain remover. Not to worry. Hope your all well x

Just had a lovely meet up with the LaLas and Tiny Shoes - all lovely people - adn listenign to them all rbiit made me realise I have so much left to learn from this thread - and I thought I was pretty good at it!

Hope Mr Ts didnt have a microphone or CCTV trained on us!!!!
