B0re'w00d Tesco, Mr Kipling bakewell tart slices, 6-pack, reduced from £1.20 to 15p.
BBD is 7 October. SA said they have tons to offload so they have reduced them dramatically.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. I phoned Kimberley-Clark Ltd on 0800 626 008 and pressed 2 for Andrex. A very nice french sounding lady answered within 2 rings.. Fab!
She asked for my name and postcode and how many vouchers I had. I told her 10. She said that they are very sorry about this, and are aware of the problem.
She gave me two options:
1. She will send me a pre-paid envelope and I will post off all my coupons to them and they will in return send me coupons to the exact value (2.99 each) for ANY product in the Kleenex range to be able to purchase from ANY store, including Superdrug, asda etc. Gets better.. valid for SIX months!
So, i'm going to hold on to my coupons and send them all to her! RESULT!
Many thanks for this envelope on way from the very nice french lady along with a huge amount of apologies. Also waiting on a phonecall from tesco cs to see what they say too
If only everyone had a customer service team like andrex;)Make it idiot proof and someone will make a better idiot.

Two of the Ts ones are 1kg, do they also fail to compare? They are n/a at As but that means nothing!
I have had both in the last couple of weeks and have not compared. If you want to try it, please do and let us know if it has changed. I have er, a few car and laundry vouchers to use.;)0 -
I am going to my other local and will buy a few packs of the cotton sheets that are scanning at 49p in that store, so I will get a couple more vouchers
Plus I always buy Kleenex tissues anyway so it will see me right, plus if I get them in time, some tissues are BOGOF @ £3 atm so one voucher per pack = £3 off your shopping! :T
How do you work that out ?
The coupons are scanning at £1.49 now0 -

Thanks so much for this..my Dad is a nightmare to buy for...and he inevitably always ends up with slippers for every xmas/birthday/fathers day etc :rotfl::rotfl: He's a 12 and so not every high street store has them in stock...so ordered 4 pairs to see him through the next year :rotfl::rotfl:
Big thanks to Jerryx3.... just rang KCLtd and being sent a prepaid envelope...although I did say I had quite a few...she asked hoy many, I said about 10...ish :rotfl: she said it was fine, and they would send the relevant amount in gift vouchers to be used on any KC product...so Andrex, Kleenex, Huggies etc.....so definately worth it for me, as I can get nappies instead!!
Afternoon all....hope everyone is well and hugs to those who need themhoping for a very MSE Ts glitching 2012!0 -

Had a rotten past few days with the kids having chest infections one after other and now I've got it (Biscuitmad I totally sympathise with you).
Just catching up with what I've missed but did manage to send OH for quite a few Andrex/wipes etc over weekend so have a little stash, not as much as I'd have liked mind you but what can you do when they pull the plug. So big thanks to OP on that one (did thank their post already) but can never show enough gratitude on glitch finding!
I've now got a good pile of coupons for all sorts of goodies but still to work out best way to use them. Also got a Reloaded coupon emailed through FB and wonder if someone can tell me best way to redeem it, do you do a comparison shop with it or just get them as a freebie? Head's busted :rotfl:
Glad the cove is blue and congrats QoC on OH's new job!
Hope your feeling better soonit's awful when you've struggled with the kids being poorly for days, for you to end up poorly with it yourself. Get as much rest as you can and hopefully you will be feeling better in no time

Just got DTD on some Nivea skincare sets. Sel had £6.00 3 for 2 but they went through at £4 each and no multi-buy so got refund of £8.00.
Whilst queueing somebody had brought Cathedral City big pack sel was £3 something but charged £6.55 I think. I was earwigging and didn't go and check it out. xxNow on the 5:2 diet.
