3 weeks ago Misery Guts went for a job that he really wanted.

Morning all!

I really need to catch up! Got a bit of hassle using the Kleenex coupon yesterday, lazy-as-hell 'ooh I'm combing my hair extensions with my fingers and acting like I'm not here' SA reckoned I couldn't use the coupon because it didn't scan and because the coupon was £2.99 and the sheets were £1.49, I say to just put it in manually, she starts up a load of excuses I won't bore you all with (we've all heard them countless times!), I can't hear her properly due to my bull-wotsit alarm ringing loudly in my ears so I just stand there saying nothing and waiting.

Not bothered about keeping the people behind me since they were all total space-invaders and had been practically riding piggy-back on me since they joined the queue :eek:

Supervisor arrives, more of the usual rubbish, then she puts it through manually - hurrah! - and says "we've been told we don't do these" and I said that was odd since I'd just bought them and...oh look, more of the coupons have come out with my receipt!

No apology was made to me for having to stand there for five minutes and both the SA and the supervisor were really off-hand and a bit rude never mind all the lies I had to endure, I've half a mind to contact H.O. over it, would it be worth it do you think?

Oh, for Strictly fans, I totally agree with this, every time she does it I scream "SHUT UP!"

Not sure he asked to make sure it got there tomorrow and was signed for so..i have no clue but it has to be there tomorrow can't be any later so maybe she sent it special.
