I suppose it depends how much gall you have. If you store stocks the right product, fine take them through with your other shopping, don't offer your till spits, just go straight to CS and tell them you have got the right product but the till spit won't scan. CS will probably refund them off your shopping and then rescan them and try to scan the till spits and have to do a manual over ride thingy.

If your store does not have the right ones you could still take them through the till as above, go to cs like I did this morning, where we figured out it was the wrong ones so I just got a refund. Or your CS might just give you the money for the till spits

I suppose it depends on how good your CS is

good morning and afternoon! didnt get a chance to get on here this morning as we were out really early. did pop into sada to get rid of the last two apg's, no probs, then went to mr t's, got five coupons from atm, picked up wipes and loo roll, nutrigrain biscuit things. coupon didnt work on wipes, having read back same for most today, but did get the coupons off of the biscuits, dd1 loves these in her lunch pack.:)

Got kitkats, deodorant. Flump/choc combo. Cat food single, swimmer nappy And custard creams. Used coupons and three small APGs. Told oh if doesn't work will be going back. Aye right !
