My 15 yr old DD wants this thing for xmas - any of you got any ideas as to where I might buy this thing - I am told that it is over £200 - what a shock to the system. Trying to work out a clever way of buying it......tesco points or something.

google 'come round'....its a company that uses home parties to promote products :)

Last weekend I got a £250 Philips/Jamie Oliver homecooker and £100 Philips/Jamie Oliver Cutting Tower...to keep...along with CDs, £50 Waitrose voucher to get supplies in...just by joining up, agreeing to host a party (no cost involved to yourself)....and adhering to the T&Cs...(they'll tell you all what you have to agree to before you're accepted for a party, dont worry!)...

anyways...the next party is along the lines of a World Wrestling, featuring the Xbox live...so as its usually decent stuff they promote, I'm thinking they'll be sending out an Xbox free of charge...just ofr having a few friends round and hosting the party! For mine, the guests had to be over 16 years old, so you might need to invite some family members instead of DDs friends ;)

worth a try...at worst, they'll not accept you for the party...at best you'll have a free birthday present (and party!!) :D

heres a link to the main page for the upcoming WWE party...

hoping for a very MSE Ts glitching 2012!
  • Hi all, ive been on here since the glitch started and hope its ok to stay :) You seem a nice bunch. Could anyone help me with what to buy a 10 yr old and an 8 year old girl as presents (best friends kids). I have no idea what they are into at that age. Thankyou

i've just got my 10 yr old niece a friendship bracelet maker set from Hobbycraft £9.99 (bt it was 20% off today so only paid £8) I think they are old enough to follow the instructions and girls like making bracelets for each other.

I shall keep an eye out for the cheapest deals , over £200 at the mo tho .

Edit: No decent deals at all , your looking at at least £250
  • Good evening folks just got in from a mammoth shopping spree, I went to Mr T first, got all those essentials to compare against Mr A, reloaded and 5beanz, popped home dropped off sudafed to poorly wife, kissed kids good night, then off to Mr A, got my s&g usual fillers no 5 beans now though now it's 50 p.

Then across the road to Mr S brought my £20 of clothes and got till spit for 8p off a litre on fuel.

Then back to Mr A for a repeat shop, then back to Mr S did another £20 TU shop again used another voucher for 8p off a litre of fuel brought 4 cans of beanz, sadly the Old chap refused to accept more than 2 of the vouchers at the SS , so I explained to him how it only accepts 2 vouchers then it asks for authorisation, he was having none of it, so paid for my clothes and 4 tins if the 5 beanz got a brand match for £1.40, plus fuel voucher.

I went to CS explained they called him over, Sv came over to join in, didn't look good but then they explained to him, how the system works and if te customer had brought the product and it doesn't say 1 voucher per transaction them you can use more than 1. Result cash given back to cover3 vouchers (1 too many).

So fab trip and now it's only 10 minutes before I can enter my asda receipts, so I'm off to catch up, I just hope nobody has in the meantime said the reloaded, the beanz and the sift and gentle aren't working anymore, otherwise I might cry.

    See you later

Whilst i do have problems to which i do not want to post here.
Please forgive me...for not giving you all my "ups and downs".:o

I have found this thread to be a lifeline at certain times.:A
And one or two nights "on a low ebb" seems to be have been taken wrong.

Welcome back bargainsniffer1, hopefully it'll still be the lifeline that you need this thread to be.

Glad you realised that you'd rubbed quite a few peeps up the wrong way, but that's water under the bridge.

    Start over :)
