Oh no my hamsters escaped! I don't know how they do it, the lid is still fully intact?! This is the replacement hamster, the last one escaped and the cat got to it. Last night I heard a scratching behind the sofa but thought nothing of it so I'm really hoping he's still around :(

Aww I hope you find them safe n well :)

I used one last night. the SA did get it checked but they put it through no problem. Don't think many have been in As today to try:o
  • Got some cc vouchers from Mr T's through the post today - £5 off £50, £7 off £70 etc etc

    How thoughtful:D:D:D:D

I love the way this thread seems so back on track - almost glad the glitch is finished and so many of the old faithful are back posting - long may it last - anything exciting happening at Tosco's - feel I have been neglecting them lol!!

I'm gonna hang about too (if that's ok :o). I used to dip in and out of this thread but it was so much fun (apart from the bickering) over the past few weeks that I'll make it a permanent feature in my life :D

Talking about the BS glitch, next time I go shopping I'm going to nip in there and try out a few testers;)Because everytime a BS glitch comes along I get all excited and try to get my orders in as quick as I can, and forget half the stuff I want:oAnd I wouldnt mind trying out their foundations so am going to check them out.And then on my noticeboard I'm going to pin my BS Glitch Wish List:T:T:T

Great idea - I will try and remember to do this so I can be prepared for next time

Grrr: Feeling mad with my Ds aged 13. He is a bright boy who simply can't be bothered!!
Gripe 1: I had thought he had gone into year 9 with a better attitude. I just found his physics h/work dumped on the hall table (another gripe) and he has a U: 5/20. He is predicted A* and more than capable. This is the homework that got him a detention coz it wasn't handed in: Apparently he didn't hand it in as the teacher didn't collect any from his table! (Read the whole table were messing so didn't offer their booksup for colletction, so master taught them a lesson - I'm not completely daft!!) The detention meant he missed a school rugby match. His loss.

Gripe 2:Soooooo untidy. I went through his room with him on Wednesday of last week. On Monday I left clean, folded washing on his bed and told him to put it away. It is STILL on the bunk above his despite being asked about 6 times. All unfolded and rifled through.

Gripe 3: Wet, soggy bl***y towels!!AArrghh...how many towels can you fit on a bedroom floor??!!

i am hoping it's just a phase but I am already fed to the teeth of it. I know many of you have got through this stage but I just needed to SCREAM and you guys are the only people who listen!!!!!! He has a really quick wit, and always has a hilarious come back to any complaints; he really doesn't seem to take it seriously.

Help please!!! (Normally I'd grab a bar of choc but I am determined he is not ruining my diet!!!!!:))

I don't think it is just boys

Mrs Jagger rest assured you're not alone only in my house it's a 13yr Daughter that does all of these things. Oh apart from dropping wet towels because that would mean she'd actually been near water:eek:
Last may we moved here the whole house was redecorated and carpetted DD got new furniture and a water bed. Since June last year her carpet hasn't been seen, how she gets in bed is beyond me, curtains never opened as even she can't get near the window etc.:mad: I have now asked my mum to deal with her.
I really know how you feel.

My DD is 11, and I am sure teenage hormones have kicked in - if I ask her anything I am lucky to get a grunt as an answer, nothing I say or do is right but she is still quite angelic when her dad talks to her. I had to laugh about the carpet as it sounds just like my DDs bedroom, she got a new bed and carpet before the summer and I am now thinking I could have saved my money for something else.
