I think custardy was wondering whether you lived somewhere with a communal mail point, meaning one of the other tenants could could have taken your post.

well flats are more likely to cause issues
wrong flat numbers,missing flat numbers,communal boxes etc0 -

They did eventually, apparently they investigated it and there are 'no problems' in my area and 'no back log'.
I've had a word with some of the comps/promoters and a few did agree to resend the prizes out - through courier this time though! Unfortunately a couple have stated in their T'n'C's that they won't be held responsible for lost mail, so those ones are a no go.
Strangely enough though some of the missing mail has actually started to come through now, though I really could have done without a 4 month old bill! :rotfl:0 -
I don't understand that response at all. How can they state no problems in your area? You have not received lots of post, so even if it's just you, there has to be a problem in your area. I dunno, but if it was me and I could be bothered, I might take it further, like ask for their complaints procedure at least, and perhaps contact off-mail or whoever it is that oversees this industry...hang on a mo...I'll check...
