I am writing to them directly and the majority are just happy that I am talking to them and trying to sort it out.
I am also sorting my ex's for him in return for him paying me a little each month as he is in a much better situation than me. The majority of his have been really good talking to us as well so we have set up payment plans with everyone and can see DF dates on all of them. The aim is to get there earlier.
I think our finances was the big problem in our relationship so it feels good that even though we are not together we seem to be getting there.APR NSD - 0/10

Well I was sitting last night thinking how much happier I am now I seem to be really tackling my issue with money and getting nearer each day to being DF. I used to think that going shopping and buying things as soon as I got paid made me happy. Yet i would then have to struggle for the three or two weeks up to payday. The feeling that I get now not spending and saving is amazing.
Well yesterday whilst ironing I sewed up a hole in my t shirt so that will last a bit longer. I was quite impressed with myself as I would normally through it out.
I took two items back to the shops yesterday. They were items that I brought with gift cards given to me but i realised I wasnt 100% happy with the items and didnt really need them. Now have the money back on gift cards which I will keep until I really need something ie outfit for wedding / party etc. I was so impressed that I was able to walk around the shopping centre and not spend money, i actually came out with more money lol.
Dinner was great and was made up with the reduced 25p supermarket superior brand fresh raviolli that I had frozen when brough, mixed with some left over chilli, garlic and half a can of tomatoes. My god it was so good and the whole meal cost me less than 50p.
Another NSD yesterday and am so happy with how it is going. Friend popped round and brought a bottle of red so had a couple of glasses and half a bottle left so may lay in the bath with a glass and finish the last few pages of my book as a treat tonight when I get home.
Dinner tonight is out of the freezer which is left over turkey curry from christmas. Just need to make some rice. Looking at my freezer I dont really need to buy any major items for ages. Tomorrow will be a spend day and I will pop into Mr S on way home after training to get the bits I need and see if there is anymore bargains like my meal last night. I think I need to eat some more fruit in my diet as the weight loss has stopped so will have to get some tomorrow.
Done a couple of items on my to do list today which includes starting to clear the garden. i have made a rule that i need to clear the garden of one bag of bits per day, so today was clear a corner where the dog seems to have taken any bits of paper etc out she can. I am thinking a bit a day will get the job done. I am finding having two lists a day of to do for work and to do for home is really helping.
I still have £5 left from £20 budget I gave myself for the week on Thursday. I am so hoping it will still be in there tomorrow. That means then i have £5 towards my hair appt which I really need. I am really lucky a family member is a hairdresser and does me a fantastic rate.
So far today has been a NSD so hopefully will remain all day. Back off to work today and I am trying to kerb how much time I spend on here. I am stopping myself from coming on here after 10pm as I think it keeps my mind ticking when in bed.
Right back to work to earn some more pennies.APR NSD - 0/10

Well yesterday was spend day and I really didnt enjoy it all. How strange how quickly you can change your view on things. Feel much happier now that I am back to NSD.
Even though it was a spend day it wasnt really a bad spend day. I only brought things I needed or that was out of budgets. I still had the £5 note in my purse that I have had all week until I started my new budget week last night. I was so impressed with myself as that fiver would normally have been wasted on rubbish.
I managed to get a bone from the butcher for the dogs which is a great cheap treat that keeps them quiet.
Went to Mr S late last night on my way home and got some more bargains so freezer is crammed. Got £2.54 of my food budget left but at present there isnt really anything I need to buy. Need to sort my meal planner for the next five days to use up what is in the fridge first. Got three sweet potatoes reduced to 15p last night and cant remember ever doing anything with them before so going to try making SW sweet potatoes wedges with them, and have them with my reduced burgers on sunday and home made rolls. Think whole meal will cost me less than 50p and that will include having some rolls left for the next day.
Going to go through my wardrobe on Sunday, pack away the summer stuff for now so that I can sort it out and bag up boot fair or ebay items and then write in my bag book what I need clothes wise for the summer. I can then keep my eyes out for only what I need, and soon its the bootfair season so cant wait to have a look round then. I thought whatever I sell my items for on ebay or at the bootfairs when they start will be my clothes budget to replace things that have got too big for me where I have been dieting.APR NSD - 0/10
