Confused about letter from Natwest regarding my OD on my DMP

Soo I've just got home to a letter from natwest including a copy of the letter they've sent to CCCS regarding my DMP.

On the letter it says:
"Your client must:
Cancel any direct debits and standing orders on the account.
Arrange alternative banking facilities.
Arrange for any creditors currently being received into their account to be redirected to their alternative bank account. However, they must ensure sufficient funds are available to meet the nominal payments on the dates they are due."

Does this mean I can't bank with Natwest AT ALL? Even if I don't touch or use the account that's on the DMP?

If you do have other bank accounts with Nat West, they may be able to offset any money in the accounts to pay any Nat West debts - even without your permission.

    Is this likely to happen?

I started a debt management plan with Payplan in 2005 (finished it today!!!!!!) and the first thing they told me to do was move my accounts to a bank with no connection with any of my creditors in case they used their legal right of offset.

Yes. It is a quick and easy way for them to get their money back, or a portion of it. So if you have money with them, move it very, very quickly unless you can afford to have it reduce the amount that you owe them.
