Tesco Online Delivery - Help

I filled my basket last night with goods for £35. I decided that, given the current £10-off offer, I might as well spend the extra £5 needed to secure £15-worth of goods. So, I upped the contents in my basket to just over £50 and inputted the code [as listed on the website].
Today, my order has been delivered and apparently it 'only' came to £49. I don't understand why, especially as I only had 1 weighed item [which was for 3 bananas - surely not something big enough to make a difference of over £1]. As a result, the voucher has not been deducted.
Is there anything I can do about this? I feel annoyed to say the least, as my shopping has now cost me nearly £54 with the delivery charge. I would not have increased my order had the offer not been present.
Any advice is very welcome.

Phone customer service and explain the situation. They're usually very good.[FONT="][FONT="] Fighting the biggest battle of my life.

I think it was my packet of figs. They were £2.50 on the guide bill and £1 on the actual bill. It is very frustrating though, not least because I ordered it only 10 hours before it was delivered - you'd think the prices would be pretty stable over such a short time frame.

It's a long time since I worked for them, so I could be wrong, but I think they change their special offers on a Sunday night (because that's when almost all their stores are closed).Yes it's overwhelming, but what else can we do?

Thank you. I've just done this, so will keep my fingers crossed.
I've already contacted them via the customer service email but I haven't had a response yet.0 -

Thank you for all your help. The matter is now resolved [the voucher amount will be refunded] thanks to a message on the Tesco FB page. Surprised that FB works better than the "official" customer service channels, but I suppose that is because of the public nature of FB.
