Even if you manage to get the website working AND find something in stock,don't expect it to be delivered.
Out of 3 items ordered in the last clearance sale"in stock" 1 was delivered,then they refunded me for one more after a month,then after another month,I chased them up to refund me for the other.An ugly over complicated process.

I've had the same thing happen to me. Plus, some chocolates I ordered from them arrived with only 3 days to go until their Best Before date! I have chased them up about this four times now, and still no response. 'We'll look into it and get back to you' sounds a bit empty after the fourth time. I guess it's going to have to be a letter to head office...

their online service is horrible. i ordered a shirt, they said they had it in stock. 2 weeks later i got an email saying it was not in stock and got sent a refund. i would rather have had the shirt!
