Hi there
Credit clean up has taken place and after using the template from this forum ( https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/677875 ) sending it to around 7 companies my credit file appeared up to date with the first credit agency I'd checked, Experian.
I then checked Equifax and surprisingly that to had been updated too!
I then went on to the notorious Callcredit. on the website you can order a £2 hardcopy credit report or pay online for your onlineredit report and score etc. As this meant all the information was immediatly accesible this is what i wanted but i could not see anywhere how much it was! I asked on here and someone said join Noddle as its free and its basically callcredit. Is this the case?
Anyway noddle are showing three or four unsettled amounts from the same company, TTI SPC. TTI SPC were showing on experian and equifax but when i sent them the letter they replied immediatley and said it would be done within 48hrs and it was.
I have raised the dispute with Noddle and 28 days later they have come back and said they cant do anything and explained the process i have already carried out. I have replied back to them stating that TTI SPC HAVE notified everyone and it could be Noddle whos systems are slow. I sent them a copy of each letter from tti spc showing that it should be settled. I also told Noddle to contact me if they can not help me as my final option would have to be the financial ombudsman as either Noddle or TTI SPC are not doing their jobs.
Does all this sound like i have done things correctly?
Is Noddle just a free version of Callcredit?
How much is callcredits online subscription?

thanks for the reply.
Noddle have confirmed they will have the same info as a paying callcredit customer.
Secondly Noddle have replied to my email and confirmed they are raising a dispute with TTI SPC on my behalf as i have sent the letters from tti spc.
I hope this info helps someone out there0 -
TTI SPC have done the same thing with me, until recently I had a default from the original lender and one from this mob on my credit file. They removed 2 defaults but have left 2 on there.
Good luck and let us know how you get on with them, they're proving to be a bit of a nightmare.Feb 2024:

Yes I got a letter from TDX group confirming that they had marked the accounts as settled but that it could take up to 30 days to show. 3 months later and they've marked 2 settled and 2 still default.
I think I'm going to send TDX the clean up letter, give it a few weeks and then start formal complaints procedure. It's the only ones on my credit file still showing as defaulted.Feb 2024:

I had similar problems in that they'd only done part of what I'd asked in the clean up letter. They seemed reasonably helpful when I emailed them though and have promised to sort it out.
Might be worth dropping an email to

Ive got all their contact details on the letters so i am going to send them an email today.
Dont really want to put "nice to see other people are having the same problem" because that sounds wrong ! :rotfl:0 -

if ive got it right, as long as it shows them as defaulted / settled / £0 on or before your discharge date thats fine. It can not show an outstanding balance. As you have gone bankrupt and not payed the debt it can and will say default.0
