According to the picture advertising this in the November issue -

the black colour is Motcomb Street

the red is St James

the pink is Elizabeth Street

the gold one is a glittery one and doesn't have it's name on the front in the photo (just the amount of polish in the bottle) - it could be Chelsea Embankment, but I'm not 100% sure.

WH Smiths Potteries Hanley have the new issues in today, I received the pink with my sub but purchased the gold glitter one, the gold glitter stock seemed to be fewer than all the other colours.
