Cruise Thomas Cook Royal Caribbean Promotion – October 2012 - Terms and Conditions
This prize draw is open to Smooth listeners only.
Prize draw is not open to employees of Thomas Cook companies, Royal Caribbean International, GMG Radio Solutions or their immediate family members.
Entrants must be UK residents over 21 years of age.
Only 1 entry per household. Multiple entries will be void.
Only those entries made via the official online entry form will be valid.
No responsibility will be accepted for non-receipt of entries, delayed entries or incomplete entries nor for any technical issues with the entry process or availability of the Internet.
Closing date for entries into the draw is Sunday 7th October 2012 at 12 noon. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The prize comprises of a European cruise of 8 nights or longer for two people onboard Independence of the Seas in an Interior or Ocean View stateroom (depending on availability) departing from Southampton.
The prize is valid for sailings departing up to 7th September 2013 but please note there are certain black out periods which are Easter, July, August, US Presidents Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Sailings. The prize also excludes sailings of 7 nights or less, transatlantic sailings or ‘back to back’ sailings.
Please note that this prize is subject to availability and is bound by the full terms and conditions shown in the Royal Caribbean International brochure relevant to the travel period
Booking must be made and completed by Friday 16th November 2012 with Royal Caribbean International, failure to do so will result in your prize being withdrawn and forfeit.
Travel Insurance is to be booked with Thomas Cook
In regard to the provision of travel insurance, both the winner and their companion agree to provide full disclosure of any pre-existing medical conditions and to comply with any other disclosure requirements of the insurance company as advised by the Thomas Cook.
