                    Hello,
I am soon to become an NHS employee once again after two years out of work, I am going to be working in Bristol although I live in Cheltenham and will commute each day. Can anyone help me find out any information on where I could possibly get some help or advice on travel costs with regard to getting to work each day, perhaps there are a reduced travel discount or other help available with costs.
I am only going to be working over 20 hours a week, and already I am panicking that my travel by train will amount to £75.00 a week. Any genuine help appreciated!

That said, I think cheap and rail travel is an oxymoron - look at bus services, especially those that provide a 'weekly' or other period you can pay for, reducing the standard charge. As you are not seeking work, I don't believe any other incentives would apply.0
