I have just worked out the calories, protein, carbohydrate, sugar, fat and salt content for the aero recipe and it is shocking. There is
4,201.25 calories
34.12 grams of protein
421.05 grams of carbohydrate
266.05 grams of sugar
255 grams of fat
2.675 grams of salt.
I worked out the above as I am a diabetic and therefore I am supposed to know the carbohydrate content of what I eat. Oh well it tasted nice until I worked out the nutrional information.0 -
im guessing that is for the whole thing, not per serving?know thyselfNid wy'n gofyn bywyd moethus...0

I am making some right now!! (well, after I catch up with the threads)
Will let you know how they turn out..
Well, made them and they were lovely, They looked good any way up. I made the base then pushed the aero balls into it and then poured the melted chocolate on top. Took them to booksale today just for us mums and kids to eat (we were fundraising) and everyone loved them and they were gone very quickly. Looking at the calorie count, I am glad I only got a small piece0
