I am thinking of trying xls medical. I am just reading reviews around but I have not made up my mind because everyone is saying different things. I just read this blog xlsmedical.org.uk and she is saying that Proactol works better. Anyone had experience with proactol?

Its not fat that causes the problem but sugar. Cut out sugar and your weight will drop. It hides everywhere from health drinks, bread, beans, soup and so on. There is massive research that shows this but the food companies have so much power it has not been given much publicity.

If it helps anyone, I've found the side effects of XLS Medical to be much, much less than Alli, to the point where I hardly experience any effects now.
