The Thanks button is often used for this.
There are two reasons for this:I have read phoning is not the best option.- People are worried about the stress of talking directly on the phone and that they will be bullied into agreeing to something they otherwise wouldn't;
- Agreements you think you have made over the phone can be ignored by the company as suits them.

Wonga as the face of the industry tend to be one of the more forgiving. Ring them and tell them you can't afford to make the repayment. Set up a repayment plan, they should freeze interest. Pay it off next payday.0
