what interest rate is the endowment generating?
For example If its only 4% then you're surely better to cash it in than take a 7 or 5% loan...

Hi I ve never been on this board before but your question is for the debt free wannabe board. Their knowledge is wide and deep and its a common situation over there, but it could save you a lot of heartache and money in the long run. There are different types of debt and different solutions that you haven't thought of. you will get the answers there.
