Johnson's Brighter Day Big Prize Winners - Help Please?

I had an email on the 30th August from the Johnsons Brighter Day competition informing me that I'd won one of the big prizes in week 9 of the competition.

I replied the same day with my postal details as asked, but have still not received the prize (£100 Toni and Guy vouchers) and it's now been more than 28 days.

Has anyone else had problems receiving their prizes? And if you have, any ideas on who to contact?

I was just going to email the address that emailed me in the first place, but thought I'd check and see if anyone else has had the same problem first.

My DH & I won a few prizes from this and received them fairly quickly.
I would email them.

When I won my Toni and Guy vouchers, it was about 31 days or so. I think it may have been due to bank holidays or something.
