Jaguar Landrover Assessment Day

Hi,
I have applied for the skilled trade openings at Jaguar Landrover and have passed the application stage :T I have now got to do a short 10 min test online and have been invited to the assessment day in November. Just a couple of things really as it's all a bit new to me! Firstly it says on the email dress to impress but does that mean, wear a suit?. I presume there will be some manual tests involved so did'nt know what to wear!! Also has anyone got any insights into what the actual assessment day will consist of? I'm new to all this forum posting so any information would be greatly appriciated!
