Am I employed or not?

Hi
I have just posted a question elsewhere about a cashback site and have just realised that I earn money, hopefully, from this cashback site, by doing an activity which involves my time and energy.
Technically am I therefore employed by this cashback site? I have no contract of employment from them

Any advice given is as an individual, not as a representative of my firm.

I hope this (and your other question) are not serious. Blimey...
  • You're not employed by them.

If you make enough the taxman will be interested in the income you get from it, but that's a different kettle of fish.

Do. You ask how high when they say jump? No? Then you aren't employed by them.
