Appreciate any help I could get
I was wrongly issued a CCJ by a company who have now agreed that this was due to their fault and have agreed to work through the courts and have the CCJ set aside
Am I entitled to any compensation and if yes how does one go about it? Do I need a solicitor to lodge the claim or would only a letter from my side to them work?
Any ideas/advice gratefully received:)

What "loss" have you actually incurred as this will be asked.0
