36 with no CV as such, where do i start?

I don't think you need CV help - you need a confidence boost.
I was expecting to read someone with zero skills. Left school at 15 raised a baby (well didn't raise it as grandma did), stayed in bed till noon every day, had a another kid for grannie to raise etc.
You have loads of transferable skills and experience!
Do a skills audit, identify your strengths and skills.
Look at all options - What about starting your own cleaning company? I pay £12 per hour for the cleaner for the Grandma.
