Car Hire Terms and Conditions

You should ensure you meet the following terms and conditions for car hire before entering the competition:

• The car can be picked up at 2pm on Saturday 27th October 2012 and MUST be returned by 2pm on Monday 29th October 2012 to ensure insurance and terms and conditions remain valid.
• The driver must be aged between 25 and 75 on the final day of hire.
• The winner will be required to leave a refundable deposit of £750 before hire commences to cover the insurance excess.
• The driver must not have been convicted of a motoring offence or had their licence suspended or had their licence endorsed with more than 6 fixed penalty points within the last five years, has not been refused motor insurance and does not have a mental or physical defect or infirmity that affects their ability to drive an unadapted vehicle (if in doubt, please contact Great Escape Cars)

Competition Terms and Conditions

• The competition is free to enter.
• The competition is open to Preloved members only. You can become a member free of charge.
• Your information is not shared with any other company for marketing purposes. For more information see our privacy policy.
• Entry to the competitions is restricted to one entry per person.
• Winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries.
• Winner will be notified via the email address associated with their Preloved membership account within 24 hours of the competition closing date. If a prize is not claimed within a period of 5 days after notification, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner and shall have no liability in respect of the entry initially selected.
• The Preloved screen name, town and county of the winner will be published on this page within 7 days of the competition closing date.
• The Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.
• The prize is available only for the dates shown above and no alternative dates are available.
• No cash alternative is available for any prize. In the unlikely event of a prize becoming unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
