mortgage repayments calculation mistakes

We had taken out a 28,000 mortgage in 1986 for 23 years as an endowment. we then took put a £7200 loan in about 1996. then in 2003 we took ot a loan for £20,000. We had been asked to pay £600 per month which we think is too much and we think during the first loan of £7200 all the money had been put together and treated as repayment.

We have been arguing in the last few years as they had extended our loan to 25 years and 9 months, then at the end of the 25th they said we owed all the money. They had confused it with the endowment which ended 2011 (another mistake as said it would end 2 years before the mortgage)

We have now found out that they have been charging us under schedule d (had an a,b,c,d) insurance and admin costs on a monthly basis. We moved our insurance from them in 2005 and where never told about any monthly admin costs.

The last letter says they dont know what this d insurance figure is and keep denying that there is anything wrong. I dont know what is going on. We have now asked them for all the agreements including initial mortgage and any advances.loans.

they informed us that some kind of calculation goes on each year when calculating what we pay. Can someone givem me info on this and how it is worked, as this is supposed to included admin and takes into account the number of years. we now have about 4 different years given to us. We have a letter where they say the mortgage ended the same time as the endowment in 2011 (which is a mistake) has anyone else had problems like this
