weaker than expected growth and fiscal outturns in 2012 have increased pressure on the UK's 'AAA' rating, which has been on Negative Outlook since March 2012. With a structural budget deficit second in size within the 'AAA' category only to the US ('AAA'/Negative), and general government gross debt (GGGD) approaching 100% of GDP in 2015-16 under Fitch's revised baseline estimates - the upper limit of the level consistent with the UK retaining its 'AAA' status - the likelihood of a downgrade has therefore increased.

This is the firm practice, these days, of the chavs and the uneducated.
I tried it once. Couldn't decide whether to put the tonic in the gin bottle, or the gin in the tonic bottle. Couldn't get the ice into either!
The slice of lemon wouldn't go in, either, and so I stuck it up my 4rse - where it has remained ever since - which explains why you will not find the ultimate politeness in some of my posts.0 -

I can't begin to tell you how funny that last para is and how much it made me chuckle. However, please, please, please don't post photographic evidence or I'll wonder if you are father of Bruno:eek:.Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing?
