My partner and I are going to see a mortgage advisor tomorrow.
Just wondering what my buying status is.
I owned a property with an ex partner between Dec 2002-March 2006. It no longer shows on my credit file.
Am I a first time buyer again now?

Depends on the lender. Some will say anything over x amount of years your classed as a first time buyers - others will say your not.
