Tax & Multiple Jobs?

in Cutting tax
I currently have two jobs.
They are both only a few hours a week and I don't have to pay tax on them as I was under the limit for my personal allowance.
I am starting a third job next week and it will be full time. I understand I will pay tax on the third job but what I'm wondering is;
Will I have to start paying tax on my part time work as well?
Will I be paying a higher rate of tax on my third job, as opposed to the 20% it should be for my income bracket?
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thank you.

in general if you have multiple jobs then
it's best if your highest paid job has your tax allowance against it i.e. has a taxcode of 810L
your other jobs have a tax code of BR meaning they will be taxed at 20%
I'm asuming your total earnings will be above 8105 per annum.
you may have to speak to HMRC to oprganise this for you
what are your current taxcodes on your two jobs?0 -
The tax paid on your income is the same whether that income comes from one or three jobs. You will have your total income, less your personal allowance and tax is due on the remainder. What you need to decide is where to have your tax code in place.
It probably makes sense to have your allowance on the full time job and BR on the other 2 jobs. You will therefore pay 20% tax on the part time jobs0
