FTB - 5 Year Fix

Hi guys,

I have had an offer accepted, and I think I have chosen Natwest's 5 Year FTB 5 year fix which is currently at 4.79%, no fees except for valuation, and I should be applying tomorrow.

I am just wanting to double check that no one has come across any better rates than this? I have been with a mortgage broker who is whole of market and this is the best we have come up with, but I thought worth an ask, big commitment obviously!

Many thanks,

If you have 40% deposit and are borrowing a huge amount and earn a very good income you may find that you can get a 5 year fix at 2.99% fee £1995
So without the info that GMS has asked for we dont know if that is a good deal for YOU!
