overdraft

I have a fairly hefty overdraft which i occasionally go in to every month but never even half way to it's limit and i'm always back in credit on payday. However, this month i think i will need to use about half of my overdraft which when i get paid again it will still be in credit. The only thing that worries me as i wont be in as much credit as usual and will take me some months till i can clear fully what i have to go overdrawn this month is it likely that the bank could take my overdraft away leaving me struggling even though i've not gone to the limit and i've never been over my limit?

very unlikely - the whole point of the overdraft is that it is an agreed amount that you can use - so long as you don't abuse it and you pay regular credits into the account there shouldn't be a problem

It's not likely. The facility is agreed and there for you to use up to the agreed limit whenever you wish.

Hi, just some advise which is worth mentioning, yes abiding by the terms of your overdraft is the main point but also the level of funding is as well.

Nationwide gave me a 2k o/draft which i used all the time , my wife stopped paying her salary in and the next review they reduced it from 2k - 1k with only 3 weeks notice.

Ironically i borrowed 1k off my dad ad paid it in and the following month was offered 2k again, ???

Computer generated overdrafts or what :)

Anyway ensure you keep funding your account as the same level as you did when u took the od out is just another point
