Depends on what shows on your files still.
Have you obtained copies of your files to ensure they are up to date and correctly show your information / that you don't have debts outstanding anymore? (they do tend to lag behind by up to 2months so maybe wait another month before you check them).
If your files still show 'evidence' of your DMP, i.e if there are defaults still on file/ evidence of arrears etc probably they best thing is to keep as you are with the credit card until they drop off.
Is there a particular reason for wanting to improve your credit rating - are you hoping to apply for credit or a mortgage or similar soon?A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
I was wondering the same thing as i am currently offering F&F on all the creditors and the defaults fall off early 2013. Also have a Vanquis card (aqua, capital one turned me down) but i am wanting to move my mortgage and cannot over-pay on my current setup? My credit rating on noddle also still says 1/5 but i hope this improves when the defaults go, also how long to get back to 5/5 status if paying All ITEMS ON TIME PLEASE? THANKS0
