enhanced CRB

Hi everyone

Recently I was questioned about an assault, finger prints taken, dna etc but not charged. I was on bail but there was no further action and no charges at all.

Will this affect my enhanced crb as I'm a nursery nurse and I don't want this to affect it....?

Thanks everyone...

With an enhanced crb check, then police records are checked and if the info (ie police records not just convictions) they reveal show any reason (in relation to the job you are being checked up for) why this is relevant, then the employer will be told.

I'd say you do need to check your employment terms: it's possible that you are supposed to tell your employer if you are questioned by the police in connection with any serious incident.
