I've had to change 'whatever the mood' to 'whatever the' today, for it to work. I wish it would make it's mind up! :eek:

There is a T-Mobile one I'm stuck on today.

I've tried tmobile, t-mobile, and t.mobile, but it keeps taking out anything that isn't a letter of the alphabet

This one threw me for a while but managed to sort it.
You need to edit your 'No Thank You' Identity as follows...

Create a brand new 'Field Name' in the left hand column and type "simply choose the plan that suits you best"
Under the 'Field Value' type "not interested"

Don't forget to Save - should work OK
