ASPIRE MONEY........Some how this aspire company got my business line number, i get over 40 calls a day, they refuse to take me off there list and the amount of calls actually clogs my business line. They are a frustrating company who i hope i can take to court.
I would never give them your number willingly. They harrass and harrass and refuse to remove you from the list. When you say about it they hang up!

Noted, will definitely not give them my number. May give them my ex's one though

Email them, mentioning that it's a formal complaint.
This gives them 8 weeks to respond, by which time you can go to the Ombudsman. Expect £10/hour from the date of complaint, plus damages if FOS agree with you.

Get a call screening device (eg Truecall) to automatically tell them where to go.0

I LOVE my Truecall - it screens calls from all manner of telephone pests. Mind you, they still persist but Truecall blocks them and reads a nice *message* out to them, finally they get the message. The phone barely rings, bliss
