30 day shred will change your shape quite dramatically in that time. Have a look here for some before and after pics:

If you need to lose some weight as well as tone up, you could easily lose about 10lbs in that time, perhaps a bit more. You also have time to use some of the natural self tanners which build up over time if you'd like to start with some colour, and a new skin care regime would also have time to take effect. Hair do, mani and pedi, and wax anywhere that needs it a few days before you leave and you should look fab. Hope you have a good time.
  • You can get the 30shred dvd quite cheap on Amazon or I have definitely seen the 1st level on YouTube - I haven't tried it yet but women in my slimming world group swear by it every so often.

The garnier (sp?) gradual tan moisturiser is great and a subtle tan builds up quite quickly (much quicker than I expected and I am a proper milk bottle who can't even tan using these moisturisers normally)

Hair cut is a must but I do my own nails as it's cheaper and I get what I want. An emery board, 4 way buffer and nail varnishes are all you need, well that and a few minutes.

Before a holiday I also try and get plenty of good quality sleep and hydrate well too - just to help me feel my very best
