What do do with nice salami

Hello!
Among the oddities of my life is that I have access to very nice, German style meats prepared by a Ugandan lady who used to live in Berlin. She delivers them to my office and I'm very spoilt!
This week she had some scrummy looking salami slices. What can I do with them, as my oven doesnt really get hot enough for making proper pizza? I'd crumble it into a lasagne or meatballs but it seems like a bit of a waste, any ideas?

how about slicing them into strips & frying with onion & peppers & adding a tin of tomatoes & mixing with pasta0

I would just eat it with some bread and a bit of nice cheese. I love salami, I would feel like I had wasted it if I mixed it with stuff and lost the flavour.0

How about a hot pot with the salami instead of raw meat, would be very savoury. You could put them underneath the cheese on a slice of cheese on toast too!0

Another vote for eating it as is..serve with cheese, tomatoes other cold meats and bits and bobs from the fridge and call it antipasto...an idea I [STRIKE]nicked[/STRIKE] borrowed from my sister.
This thread has more ideas:
Salami ...........
I'll add this thread to that one later to keep the suggestions together.

This!!
But I'd use ciabatta bread as opposed to pan or plain loaf. Maybe grill it a bit to melt the cheese...

Oh sorry, yeah I don't really "do" sliced pan, so it would be some sort of crusty loaf, ideally sourdough! yum0 -
If you can find a recipe that Gordon Ramsey did the other day on channel 4 that looked good.
