Studio Line Matt & Messy Prize Draw terms & conditions for Facebook

1. The prize draw is open to all UK & ROI residents aged 18 and over, with the exception of the Promoter's employees, their immediate families or anyone connected with the promotion.
2. No purchase is necessary. Entry into the prize draw is free.
3. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries made by the same person from various email or other accounts will not be accepted.
4. Entrants must have internet access and a Facebook account to be eligible to enter the prize draw.
5. Entries must be received on or before 7th Oct 2012. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed due to technical problems.
6. 1 Entry will be picked at random on 22nd October 2012 and will receive the following prize:
   A trip for the winner and 3 friends to New York Prize Includes:
   • Return flights from London to New York including taxes and fuel surcharges

8. THE MINIMUM AGE FOR CHECK IN AT THE HOTEL IS 21 YEARS OF AGE AND THERE MUST BE AT LEAST ONE 21 YEAR OLD IN EACH ROOM, SO AT LEAST TWO OF THE PARTY MUST BE 21 OR OVER.
9. Winners are responsible for their own visas, passports and meeting entry requirements.
10. All confirmed bookings are subject to Unmissable Ltd. terms and conditions and are available on request.
11. Details are based on two people sharing a double/twin room.
12. All dates subject to availability at the time of booking. Trip must take place before July 2013.
13. Travel is not permitted over July, August, December, Christmas, New Year, Easter, Thanksgiving and all Bank Holidays.
14. The winner will be notified by email within 6 weeks of the draw date.
15. Once the winner is notified by email they will have 6 weeks to confirm receipt according to the instructions of the email or a new winner will be drawn with 6 weeks to confirm receipt and so forth.
16. The prizes are as stated and there is no alternative or cash substitute.
17. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. Winners agree to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activity.
19. If a prize is declined or if a winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then the Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, draw an alternative winner. The alternative winner will be notified within 2 weeks of the second draw by email.
20. The names of the winners will be available by sending a self-addressed envelope to the promoter at the address below within 6 weeks of the draw date.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the offer at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond reasonable control.
22. English law applies and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
