i'm now nearly 2 months into my self managed DMP. i now just have one creditor remaining to negotioate with- Payday Express. they are really dragging their heels with me. i havent had any definate answers from them. i've sent them paperwork they've asked for, repeatidly made offers of payment and also asked for their bank account details so that i can make payments while coming to an arrangment. theyve now emailed me saying i dont meet they're requirments for a repayment scheme, even though my SOA shows i cant afford it, especially when paying the other creditors.
so what do i do now?

Hi I am sorry to hear they are being difficult, is it possible to go to the place where you took out the loan and hand over the cash, I am not at all sure about payday loans so if this is not possible I apologise, failing that I would try to find out a mailing address and send them a cheque each month so that you are paying it, they won't refuse the money, eventually they will agree, but I assume are putting pressure on you to pay more than you can afford.
Keep everything in writing.
Been here for a long time and don't often post0 -
Send them a Postal Order each month, if they cash it (which they will) then they have accepted your DMP.
To be honest it doesn't matter if they don't accept your plan, just send the money anyway.
Keep copies of everything, send the POs special delivery if you can or registered so you know they have got them. They will come on board they are just being.....
well........
