MoneyClaim Online Advice

Hi,
Possibly this isn't one for the money saving forum, but I was saving money by using the moneyclaim site to recover unpaid debts and I have seen the moneyclaim site mentioned in the boards. Also as I missed the cut off for the help line I wondered if someone could advise on these two points.

I submitted a claim for unpaid debts vie moneyclaim online and received notice the defendent acknowledged the claim but not in its entirety, I suspect they wanted to dispute the charges added. The upshot is they intended to defend their claim. As I understand it they have 28 days to acknowledge the claim which they did and having acknowledged they had a further 14 days to provide the details of their defence.
Today was the last day they had to respond with their defence, which they have failed to do.

Do I go with a) or b) on the moneyclaimesite? because it's a little of both!? I would prefer to keep it with the online system as it saves transferring it to a local claims court away from the online court. (btw clicking option(a) the site says I can apply for a judgement by default..

a) The defendant has not filed an admission or defence to my claim
(Judgment by Default)

or

b)The defendant admits that all the money is owed
(Judgment by Admission)

I would intend to issue a warrant and then appoint court bailifs to collect the money or seize assets. The only assets I am sure of would be their Website domain names which I would readily settle for. Does anyone have any experience of this?
