Hoodies arrived today - they are great but a size too small (ordered M which usually fits nicely, definitely need a L). Since the offer is over, will I have any trouble exchanging them?

I'd give them a ring but unless the size you want has sold out I can't see a problem as the delivery note has a section to request for an exchange.

You have to pay for returning them which is a bummer. I need to exchange my fleece for a M instead of S, I ordered it in error. Just going to check on the website if they have any left.
