Credit file after 6 years

Hi everyone
Apologies if this has been raised elsewhere on the forum. In 2005/6 i fell behind on loan repayments and as a result had 2 defaults placed against my file. I am in a Debt Management Plan at the moment and am still paying these off, however i was wondering what my credit report will look like when the 6 years have passed - i,e, will default still be visible even though it has been 6 years? Will the balance be visibile?
The debts are now paid to DCA's so are no longer with banks - do the DCA's have the ability to place records on my file etc?
Thanks
