Good Afternoon folks,
Another busy couple of days and I'm glad it is the weekend:D. I had NSD17 on Thursday, but did the shopping yesterday and some additional shopping today, as we've people coming for lunch tomorrow:). I will be doing a bit of cooking today and tomorrow, which will keep me occupied:D
I hope everyone is well and staying out of the cold or wrapping up warm if you have to go out;). Enjoy the weekend.:)If you've nothing decent to say, perhaps you shouldn't say anything.

I got no.19 today.One more to go.:)
It's been snowing here today and there's quite a nasty wind...I got the bird food out from the cellar and I'll start feeding them tomorrow.
Don't forget that we have an extra hour in bed tonight as the clocks go back an hour.I think that I'll be using my hot water bottle tonight.
Thanks for the update freeby and for the fab new thread for November.
Have a good weekend everyone!0 -
Not one for me today, but it's been a very productive day :j
I got nearly all my xmas shopping done, & the wrapping paper too, so i can get it all wrapped & put away, the only things i need now are online orders & strictly speaking they will be NSD's as i have vouchers from doing surveys & stuff that i can use for them.
Grocery shopping came in at under 25 squids, mainly the bits i need to go with the frozen stuff. My aim now is to only buy fresh stuff until i have eaten everything out of the freezer!! (& i shouldn't need much of that!)
Then i installed my water butt, fixed the fallen down washing line & cleaned out the front drain so i could put a cover on it.... & found a fiver blown down there along with alot more disgusting dirty rubbish, so i guess housework does pay!!
Am i the only one who's had a lovely sunny (if pretty chilly!) day today?
Am seriously looking forward to my extra hour in bed tonight!!February NSD challenge 5/150 -
NSD reached 15/15. 4 in a row. :T:T:T.. intend to get another 4 in there by the end of the month!“Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent".0
