Santander REFUSED ONLINE Banking registration- but why ???

Options
Applied for Santander online banking, filled out the form, for them to send me the passcode etcs in my post. My accounts are fine, and running,

but they have emailed, rejecting it.

Thanks for letting us know that you'd like to manage your money online. I'm sorry that we're unable to action your request on this occasion.



What could be some reasons which they have rejected?
-i have been using the account fine, no problems, no bad credit

Has this happened to you? what was the case

    If you have telephone banking then call them and ask. If not. Call into your branch.

    Could be any nuber of things from accounts that you cant use online banking with. To recent change of details etc.
