Santander REFUSED ONLINE Banking registration- but why ???

Applied for Santander online banking, filled out the form, for them to send me the passcode etcs in my post. My accounts are fine, and running,
but they have emailed, rejecting it.

If you have telephone banking then call them and ask. If not. Call into your branch.
Could be any nuber of things from accounts that you cant use online banking with. To recent change of details etc.Never ASSUME anything its makes a>>> A55 of U & ME <<<0
