I'm waiting for my third hampers. i didn't get a delivery schedule in with my second lot as some people stated (more likely OH unpacked order and threw it away LOL). Can anyone post theirs up so I can look at it please?
Thanks in advance,

Hi
Just to let you know I have today recieved my third set of hampers, again they are a lovely quality and will make gorgeous gifts.
There was an item missing from them, the Norfolk vinegar, but note to say to follow with next set of hampers, although you cannot tell that there is an item missing if you were to gift them as they are.
I have been so pleased with this hamper deal, I will definately use this Company again and would not hesitate to recommend them.0 -

Because some products have been out of stock, I've waited a bit longer, but I'm very pleased. I've received my Thornton's, retro sweets, and applejuice/cider vinegar/jam hampers. The others aren't in stock yet, but I'll receive those in one delivery as well.
The hampers are lovely - wicker, with proper buckle fastenings. Contents vary very slightly because of stock levels (for example, one of my retro sweet hampers has soft chewy hearts instead of cola cubes). I'm quite happy with this though - having worked in retail myself, I know that things can go out of stock and take a while to come back in if the wholesaler doesn't have them either.
All three hampers are well packed with goodies, and I love the hamper baskets.
Customer service has been great. Even though there has been a delay, Neil has been in touch with me to keep me up to date. I wish I lived close enough to visit his shop, but Norfolk is just too far from Merseyside to pop inmy latest delivery was a basket - pleasant enough but not a hamper! Didnt we get a note stating they were all going to be delivered in November - cant wait for retro sweets!!!:j:j

Well, it's not November anymore and I'm still waiting for the sweet and Christmas hampers. They are presents for OH's family, who we are seeing on Friday (we're travelling 250 miles to see them). I have had to juggle a poorly 2 year old with making extra goodies to try and make the hampers that I've got spread around. Not happy, especially as I emailed Neil to ask when they would be coming and received no reply.Trying to be a man is a waste of a woman0 -
I think this company have great intentions but have taken on more than they can cope with at the moment. They have forgotten what they promised in the picnic hamper deal and whilst my retro sweet hampers were ok, the contents were nothing like the retro sweet hampers advertised on their site. there were no 100g bags of anything, just tubes of sherbert and mostly single sweets. Contents cost no more than £10. I was expecting more.0

I agree. I think they've over promised and under delivered, and that's without even having the next lot of hampers! I needed them to be delivered in November as they were promised. Their inability to deliver has forced me to spend extra cash and a lot of time to create presents to full the gap they've left. I'll not forgive that no matter what is in them.Trying to be a man is a waste of a woman0 -
I ordered the £99 Christmas hamper, buy one get one free. Supposed to be delivered the first week in Decenber but hopefully that'll be next week now. Certainly hasn't turned up this week!0
