Can't identify tariff for comparison
Hi, I did a quick search and couldn't find my issue on the forums so hopefully this isn't covering old ground.
I've just decided (after the announcement of the 9% price rise) to do a price comparison for my electricity (currently Southern Electric).
The property that I live in is all electric (no gas) and we have an Economy 7 meter.
On my bill the tariff is stated as "Economy 7" but this doesn't seem to be an option on any comparison site (I looked on 4 different well known ones).
The only other possibility that I can see it could potentially be is from my online account which says "Direct Debit Budget" as my method of payment but this also isn't an option on the comparison sites.
Should I be selecting "Standard" as my tariff?
If I am unable to do a comparison is it worth calling my company and seeing if I'm able to fix my current rates? Or are fixes only usually available for new customers to a company (therefore being another perk of switching)?
I'd greatly appreciate any help as it's totally confused me (and it seems as though it should be so very simple and straightforward)

Economy 7 is not a tariff,
It's a way of supplying energy that gives you cheaper power at night.
There are various tarrifs on top of it.
Just enter anything from your provider, then proceed through the comparison site,
It should then ask you if you have an economy 7 metre, and if so, how much you use at night over the year.
Enter this, from prior bills, find cheapest, and see if your current provider will better.0 -
Your current SSE tariff should be specified under Your tariff on the RHS centre of your bill in the box headed Your deal

Thanks for getting back to me.
I've got a bill in front of me - In the green box on the right hand side under the heading "Your Deal" there is a sub-heading of "Your Tariff" which says "Economy 7" under it - this is why it confused me.0 -
