Hi All,Just a quick question.I'm currently due to remortgage after my fixed term ends in dec,I currently own about 25% of my house which gives me a better rate than say 10-15%,I have some dept tho which is about 8,000 which i manage 3500 on credit card(0%) the rest on my overdraft which i hope to pay off in the next 6 months.
Will my dept go against my LTV if it's not secured on my house?
May be a daft question but any help much appreciated.

No question is daft, it is not included on your loan to value calculation as it is unsecured...
